I'm a Norwegian guy who loves music, languages and writing. I live in the Western Norwegian city of Bergen, a city that often used to be an inspiration for my original creative fiction series "The Hightower Gang" (2008-2010).
From March 2011 to September 2015, I also wrote a series called "Life on Blansey", which pictures the life of people living in an island municipality and a contrastively big city on the mainland.
In January of 2013 the character Amalie Prout made her debut in the 12th "Life on Blansey" story called "Probably the Adventures of Bollockbroad, Son of Testis". That series centered around Amalie and her struggle to find love and inner peace in Battersby, the neighbor city of Sersby. The series was placed in the same universe as "Life on Blansey", and ended in October 2014.
I mostly write original fiction, but I can also on very rare occasions put together fan fiction.
As of September 2015 I am the most prolific author on FanNation, having written and published more than 1.3 million words.

A Sunny Day in Sersby by Danomaly1983 (Reviews - 10)
In this 20th and final "Life on Blansey" story, there is literally a sunny day in Sersby, something that freaks out the reprobates of the city of rain, wind and addicton. On Blansey, loathsome Drange becomes a hero when he apparently saves the island from a stinking menace. Toni and Harald, on the other hand, dispute Drange's heroism. In addition, Toni's dearest friend Stephanie has got married to math teacher Felwick, something that does not sit well with her and Denise. To make matters crazier, Arvid discovers to his horror that GG's Thai partner Panny has been hired as a farmhand on his parents' fox farm, leaving him redundant and, in his eyes, prone to disinheritance. With the help of a certain serpentine creature from the underworld, he plots a gruesome revenge. Be prepared for the shocking conclusion of the "Life on Blansey" saga.

God's Eternal Losers by Danomaly1983 (Reviews - 12)
In this 18th "Life On Blansey" story, Drange goes to Thailand with very sinister intentions. Doctor Botoro has created an "anti-drinking" concoction which he and Cat are going to try on Lupino. Arvid desperately wants Jeremy and GG to teach him how to be a bully, so that he can attract the opposite sex. And speaking of the opposite sex, book-smart Jerry meets a dubious girl online and starts dating her, despite Jeremy's vehement warnings. It is time to lean back and witness all the rampant madness from God's eternal losers.
To Troll a Forum by Danomaly1983 (Reviews - 1)
The One is left home alone with horrendous amounts of beer and way too much time on his hands. In lack of better things to do, he starts trolling a forum for Norwegian amateur musicians. This classic Hightower Gang short story was originally published on 1 February 2010 and takes place before the events of "Hyperalive" (April 2010).
Beer Never Screams by Danomaly1983 (Reviews - 10)
New characters are introduced in this 17th "Life On Blansey" story. First, Lupino wakes up in a tenement building in Battersby with a strange, gun-wielding man who forces him to take part in the "reversed intervention" of a psychotic woman named Margot. Second, on Blansey, Drange finds himself the assistant of the charismatic teacher Toni Leewater, one of two teachers hired by principal Harald to fill the gap after Gino's dramatic exit in the previous story. Third, the two disgruntled young women Vulva and Trampoline decide to take sexually advantage of Sam's unique predicament, with grisly results. Needless to say, there will be a lot of screaming in this story, although not from beer, because beer never screams when you drink it...

An Aspiring Lupino by Danomaly1983 (Reviews - 10)
Drange wakes up with Lupino on a barge in the middle of a canal. That is only the beginning of all the madness in this 13th "Life on Blansey" story. Not only is Drange's drinking becoming just as extreme as that of the nefarious Lupino's, his dark side is also revealed. Will he succumb to his urges, whether they be booze or the other thing?
Shipwrecked On Planet Earth by Danomaly1983 (Reviews - 10)
Amalie deals with her mental and emotional issues while trying to cope with everyday life. Her relationship with her best friend Denise is taken to a new level, while her relationship with Helena is more uncertain. Trouble at work gives her more time on her hands than she accounted for. Lord Wake by Danomaly1983 (Reviews - 14)
After an eye-opening encounter with his happy and successful ex-girlfriend Solitaire, The One travels around the world and lives a life of seduction and self-improvement, trying to become a better man. Learning through trial and error to approach and seduce women reminds him of his years in Canada and Lord Wake, an old enemy from that time; the one who made The One The One. This is a story about taking control of your life by confronting and dealing with your fears, instead of letting them control you.

Probably the Adventures of Bollockbroad, Son of Testis by Danomaly1983 (Reviews - 10)
This 12th "Life on Blansey" story probably deals with the arrival on the school of Blansey of the new teacher Amalie, and the sudden apperance of rats in the school, as well as in Lewis' pub in Sersby. Sersby is probably threatened by the arrival of the notorious, self-proclaimed "fartstronaut" Gasman, a man who has made it into his mission to plague the world with his rancid gut.
Shadow City Worshippers by Danomaly1983 (Reviews - 9)
Eleven is an odd number, and this story is also odd. It is unusual, to say the least. Mons and Sandra both deal with the after-effects of the events of the previous story. Drange, Harald and math teacher Balder Felwick go on a school trip to a mountain resort, where Drange gets lost in the woods. Meanwhile, in a side story, we follow a young Greek woman in her struggle to find a job in Sersby, the Shadow City.

Meanwhile, in a side story named "Fat Man Abroad", Lupino travels to an un-named Eastern-European country, looking for cheap booze, drugs and girls.
